Meet Our Team

The Team

At Cheeky Munkey we invest in our people so that we get the most out of them - likewise we look to go that extra mile for our customers too!

From the first telephone call to our friendly and responsive after sales service we always communicate with our customers in plain English, helping avoid confusion by ensuring all technical jargon is explained.

We believe in being completely honest with our customers ensuring pricing is always quoted upfront. Once the job is complete and you are fully satisfied, only then will you be invoiced for the work.

Our technicians are trained to the highest Microsoft Certification levels and undergo extensive continual training to develop their product knowledge, design and implementation skills as well as their support capabilities. They have come to us from a variety of corporate IT backgrounds which ensures they are familiar with the varied range of equipment found in business network environments. Understanding the importance of camouflage our technicians are always well presented and business like, enabling them to blend in with a professional office environment, ensuring minimum disruption to your business.

Graham and the senior management team supported by all staff provide the strategic direction for the company.

 

Graham Lane - Managing Director

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

My job is to ensure the success of the business. That involves everything you would expect of an MD, but ultimately it means making sure that we have happy clients. If our clients are happy it means we are delivering the service they want in the way that they want.

When did you join?

In December 1999

Outside of work

Family is a prioriy as is working with my local community.  I am Vice President of the local Chamber of Commerce and sit on various boards and committees.  Most recently I have been asked to sit on the board of the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership.

Did you know?

I was privileged to be nominated and won the Mayor of St Albans Community Champion award.

  

Rick Wilmott - Sales Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

I look after the sales department, working with the Account Managers to ensure that our clients are well looked after commercially, as well as from a service perspective. I also help to identify new solutions for both our existing and potential clients by listening to their real needs. It is important for us to help clients in growing their business through the effective use of technology.

When did you join?

In December 2010

Outside of work

I am a keen sports fan, with Sundays occupied funning a men's football team. I also enjoy live music.

Did you know?

Keeping on the theme of live music, I am in a band and have also played the drums in other groups.

 

Richard Hines - Customer Account Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

As the Customer Account Manager I ensure our clients service and business technology needs are satisfied by providing regular strategic technical support and consultancy.  Our aim is to find the most suitable technology solution for each of our clients and protect their productivity and profitability to ensure success and growth.  This is predominately achieved by working with technology services and products within our portfolio.  This enables our team to do their very best to find the right technology solution for all of our clients.

When did you join?

In March 2010 

Outside of work

I enjoy golf and swimming when I have a chance, and when my wife lets me! I plan on enjoying motorcycling again too.

Did you know?

I still believe England will win the world cup in my life time.

 

John Skipp - Customer Account Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

After four years as Cheeky Munkeys Internal Sales and Purchaser contact I have recently moved to one of the Customer Account Manager roles.  In this role I act as the face and first point of contact for our customers requirements. As the Account Manager I assure a high standard of service is provided along with technological advice required for our customers to benefit from their technology used instead of being hampered by it.  I provide technological knowledge and extensive product knowledge to save our customers time and resources in researching the right solutions for their needs. With constant training and working with our technological partners we ensure that our Account Managers and product portfolio is updated to the latest and best solutions available today.

When did you join?

In June 2009 

Outside of work

I enjoy spending quality time with my young and growing family. When possible I also enjoy a variety of geek entertainment from reading, films, computer games and tinkering with building my own PC’s.

Did you know?

After coming face to face with them in Australia my favourite animal is the Tasmanian Devil for being very similar to myself small, grumpy and constantly on the go.

  

Nicki Bigrave - Business Improvement Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

In my position I am responsible for supporting and driving continuous improvement. I review practices, suggest enhancements, developing and implement new processes internally. The role is challenging, interesting and highly rewarding. I help to ensure Cheeky Munkey works to its most efficient. In my role I work closely with the management team to implement improvement across the entire business.

When did you join?

 In February 2008

Outside of work

I live with my partner Mark and my 2 children Jack & Maisy. Jack is 4 years old and Maisy is 8 months old. They are still very young so keep me very busy. I love a good night out with my friends but also love spending time with my family.

Did you know?

I used to be a holiday rep in Ibiza.

 

Marcin Zarodkiewicz - Technical Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

As Technical Manager I do pretty much everything, from taking care of the IT infrastructure of all of our customers, through leading major projects and assisting other Cheeky Munkey departments and keeping a good atmosphere in our department.

In November 2008

Outside of work

Trying to keep myself fit going to a gym, and following Formula 1 Grand Prix broadcasts. I also like going to nice places to take some good photos whenever I have some free time.

Did you know?

I am a keen photographer of sporting events. 

  

Riddhim Dhawan - Helpdesk Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

As Helpdesk Manager I am responsible for delivering high quality, consistent technical Customer Support ensuring that Support Services meet (or exceed) prescribed Service Level Agreements. I'm also involved in project work such as new server installations or migrations.

When did you join?

In August 2008

Outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my wife & daughter. I like travelling and enjoy socialising with my friends.

I hold a Masters Degree in Networks and Security.
