Graham Lane - Managing Director

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

My job is to ensure the success of the business. That involves everything you would expect of an MD, but ultimately it means making sure that we have happy clients. If our clients are happy it means we are delivering the service they want in the way that they want.

When did you join?

In December 1999

Outside of work

Family is a prioriy as is working with my local community.  I am Vice President of the local Chamber of Commerce and sit on various boards and committees.  Most recently I have been asked to sit on the board of the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership.

Did you know?

I was privileged to be nominated and won the Mayor of St Albans Community Champion award.

Zoran Dimitrijevic - Technical Director

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

Apart from being a director which presents itself with a fair share of challenges, my main role is System Architect. Understanding requirements and applying best practice guidelines to design IT environments that provide productivity improvements. My love of computers and technology has shaped my career from a very early age. For over 15 years I was involved in the development of specialist information retrieval solutions used by educational and legal institutions worldwide. I have strived ever since to bring best practice to all of our SMB and Enterprise clients we work with.

In April 2005

Outside of work

Family life and playing chess with my son Sasa is a priority. With any leftover time I enjoy cycle rides around the Chiltern countryside, photography and reading.

Did you know?

After 20 years living in England I still struggle to understand the rules and scoring in cricket.

Richard Hines - Customer Account Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

As the Customer Account Manager I ensure our clients service and business technology needs are satisfied by providing regular strategic technical support and consultancy.  Our aim is to find the most suitable technology solution for each of our clients and protect their productivity and profitability to ensure success and growth.  This is predominately achieved by working with technology services and products within our portfolio.  This enables our team to do their very best to find the right technology solution for all of our clients.

When did you join?

In March 2010 

Outside of work

I enjoy golf and swimming when I have a chance, and when my wife lets me! I plan on enjoying motorcycling again too.

I still believe England will win the world cup in my life time.

Nicki Bigrave - Service Account Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

My main responsibilities are managing the team of engineers and running the service desk. This includes scheduling engineers for onsite work and managing the helpdesk tickets.  It is imperative this is done in the correct way so we can provide a great service to our customers.

When did you join?

 In February 2008

Outside of work

I live with my partner Mark and my son Jack, Jack is still very young so he keeps me very busy. I enjoy socialising with my friends but also love spending time with my family.

I used to be a holiday rep in Ibiza.

Marcin Zarodkiewicz - Technical Manager

What do you do at Cheeky Munkey?

As Technical Manager I do pretty much everything, from taking care of the IT infrastructure of all of our customers, through leading major projects and assisting other Cheeky Munkey departments and keeping a good atmosphere in our department.

In November 2008

Outside of work

Trying to keep myself fit going to a gym, and following Formula 1 Grand Prix broadcasts. I also like going to nice places to take some good photos whenever I have some free time.
